Ad Nauseum

Friday night: Rode 12 miles around Heritage Park with Rich and went out for enchiladas and margaritas, made it home by 10:00.

Saturday morning: Early morning power-walk with Amanda, then breakfast at Farm To Market cafe with Amanda and Jami (and Lola the Wonderpup) and shopping at the Overland Park Farmer’s Market.

Looking forward to the NFL Draft today. Not a bad start to the weekend, huh?

Must give props to an artist friend of mine, Elizabeth Baddeley. Recently, she hosted an art show and I got a chance to see all her works in person. She’s truly talented. Check out her blog, The Palette Knife, listed in the Blogroll section.

Oscar Wilde once said, “Consistency is the last refuge of the unimaginative.” I realize I’ve taken extreme liberty with inconsistency in terms of blogging. I hope that my long-overdue posting does not disappoint in terms of imagination, though I’m not promising much. Hell, I’m not sure anyone even reads this anymore, but I’m not writing for other people anyway. So .
